Thank u .one more question. What is the main use of noc. For what security reasons they are asking noc while chanining job in psu. Is it problem to me not mentioning about past employeement

IT MEANS NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE FROM PREVIOUS EMPLOYER.THE PURPOSE OF THIS IS TO KNOW CHARACTER AND CONDUCT OF CANDIDATE,WHO IS NOT FULLY KNOWEN TO FREASH EMPLOYER.

It is something morethan a no due certificate.
If a employee has any due, the employer shall not allow him to leave with closing the dues.
If he has any obligation, not to be termed into rupees, then the employer has objections to relieve him.
If he has no obligations, duties, responsibilities or dues towards the employer, then the employer shall certify that he has no objection for leaving him
