spelling mistake

in all my certificates my sure name is wrong instead of AEKKAlA it is as AKKALA i passed my 10th in 2005-2006 so can any 1 please tell me how to get it changed and how many days does it takes

First you file an application to the concerned department to make necessary corrections in the certificates, they may reply that get the decree from the competent civil court. In such cases first you will have to issue notice u/s 80 C.P.C. to Dist., commissioner and Deputy Director of Public Instructions giving them 60 days time to make necessary corrections in the certificates. If they didn't reply you have to follow the same procedure. To file a declaration suit three years from the date of knowledge, it is already 2010. Limitation is already passed.

I may suggest another method. Affirm an Affidavit before a 1st. class Magistrate for change of name. Advertise the declaration in the local newspapers-one in vernacular & one in English. Store both Declaration(copy of the newspapers)& Affidavit for ready reference. I am sure your problem will be solved.
