Kindly clarify that what is the best conclusive proof of ownership of a immoveable property in our country.

1. Registered sale deed, if it is self acquired property
2. Certificates issued by the Revenue department (Tahsildar) in case of Pithur-Arjitha (Ancestral) property
3. Death certificate and Heirship certificates of the previous owner, in case of Intestate property
