Hold on salary

Dear Respected Sr's

i was Br Manager in ***** insurance Co.., and when i was on notice period my one month salary kept on hold. i am always trying to convience through email. and two times i went headquarter and asked HR.
so he said i am trying to get... but it is happening from last one and half year.
now i want to came ultimate solution.

i want give notice them? i have only option? OR if u have any suggestion. please help me out.

Yes. You can issue a noitce o demand.

If the employment agreement is silent about withholding such one month salary , you can always give notice claiming its return to your salary account
