Can advocate advertise for Free Legal Advice ?????

As far as know that advertisement is banned for advocates,but can an advocate start advertising for rendering free legal help ????

Advertising in any form and for any purpose,however noble it may be,is not permitted under the Advocates Act.

This situation must change and legal help must be made available to every citizen irrespective of his economic status as a matter of Fundamental Right. Suitable amendments to the enactment is the need of the hour.
