I want to know the model of filing of written arguements in criminal petitions i.e discharge petitions matter is very urgent i will ever thankfull to the experts if the model is provided

There is no model format for the same
but you may draft with the same
1 state/plaintiff charges
2 Defendant contentions/countenance
3 evidences
4 Rebutting evidences against OP and favouring the petitioner
5 conclusions

see friend all advocates will be with different thoughts and different style with them profession. suppose with your petition if you are for respondent or accused person mean your written arguments may be as follows.

1. brief of the prosecution case..
2. brief of the true facts..
3. your explanation for each and every allegation against you.. if you can mentioned any citations..
4. Your favorable points from evidence..
5. conclusion.

How ever before filing written argument you may be present your oral argument to the concern judge. Because with oral arguments you may be express your feel to the court. Further you may file your written argument.

In my thoughts, oral arguments wil be useful for our cases.. Cos we can clear the clear facts to the judge.. Further we may submit produce written arguments. Because if we loose our case before the trial court mean written arguments wil be useful for appeals.
