revision tenable against interlocutory order for interim maintenance
Kiran Kumar (Expert) 20 September 2008
yes in opinion revision against interim order of maintenance is maintainable.

but certainly not appealable.
deepak kumar (Expert) 21 September 2008
you also have the recourse of section 482 CrPC for interlocutory order
Tribhuwan Pandey (Expert) 21 September 2008
In my opinion against the interim maintenance/order passed under section 125 Cr.P.C. a Writ before High Court is maintainable. Revision is not maintainable against interim maintenance/order passed under section 125 Cr.P.C.

Against the final order passed under section 125 Cr.P.C. a revision is maintainable.

Yes. Criminal Revision may be filed before revisional court against order for I.M. U/s 125 Cr.P.C.
Jithendra.H.J (Expert) 21 September 2008
yes! revision is certainly miantainalbe,
but you should make an effort to get the disposal early as possible i.e., before the doisposal of the petition filed 125
G. ARAVINTHAN (Expert) 22 September 2008
Yes revision is the only remedy against the order of Interim maintenance.
