share transfer process

Dear Professional Colleagues,

I want to know about the share transfer process, if only part of the shares are transferred to the transferee and the rest of the shares are held by the transferor. Also note that the date of endorsement by the statutory authority is more than 12 months i.e. ROC endorsement date 01/04/2009 and form delivered to the company on 25/08/2010.

You can approach the Company Law Board having jurisdiction over the matter.

You will have to approach company for splitting the share certificate for desired lot to be transferred and endorsement date on Transfer form may be got re endorsed on application,for fresh renewal.
