well courts of additional and assistant judges are subordinate to district court.

means this judges can order for withdraw or transfer amongst themselves but not to district court.

As district court can order for transfer or withdrawal of any case

say for e.g.
there are 8 civil courts working,
one judge is transferred to certain place.
then that court remians close and no other judge occupies the same.

then in that case application for withdrawal or transfer be made before District court and not to the judges of other civil courts.

i hope i have replied to your query
