Dear sir, My employer Has shown 70000 more gross salary than actually I have received, because of which my tax burden increasing by 20000. What can I Do If my employer is not issuing revised form 16?
after my resignation my employer has increased my salary for tempting me to stay. they sent the revised pay letter by mail and hence not signed by me.
They paid it for three months during my notice and later deducted the difference from my final settlement but shown in form 16 they have not paid bonus that was paid to others for previous year and current year.
can I claim that extra salary that was deposited without my signature on the revised pay letter?

No two wrongs make an act correct. Since you are retained in the same employment you can always obtain a revised or amended F16 and file revise IT returns to claim refund of excess tax paid.

It is better to file a complain to the Income Tax Officer, TDS stating all the facts.
