Hi Experts
I have a doubt related appeal procedure in high court
My wife and me staying in banglore for the last one year basically she is from hyderabad and i born and bought up in banglore and settle down in banglore only
2 months backs she left the house and put 498a case againt me and my parents in hyderabd district court
Now i have to travel from banglore to hyderabad which i can't control.
suppose i lose the case in district court of hyderabad
Can I appeal to high court of banglore where i am living with my parents

appeal will lie in high court of AP only not bangalore

no, as appeal can be filed in AP HC only.

appeal can be file only in AP High court. Bangalore HC has no jurisdiction

You should engage a good lawyer to win the case in lower court. Appeal has to be filed in AP High Court in case of need.
