Hi Experts,
In our Co-operative society, we have one room kitchen, 1 BHK and two BHK. I have below query regarding two married brothers staying in a one room kitchen,
One of our member is staying with his brother's family. So in one room two brothers are staying together with their wives and children’s. Only one brother is a legal member of a society.
My query is, can two married brothers stay in a single room with their family? Particularly when only one of them is a legal member of a society?
Thanks

Thanks for reply.
That means even the other brother who is not a member and a married can also stay with his family?
Is that means in one room kitchen any number of family can stay together even though they are married with the same society maintanance amount?
Thanks

yes he can brother is a family member .
a practical suggestion
before any purchaser buys a flat just casually ask him how many persons will be staying in same flat .
more the members , more water consumption ,more lift usage more strain on society resources .

it is their internal personal liberty.
unless you have rule restricting number of in habitants or levying of additional charges for the extra consumption of water/electricity etc,you cannot do anything.

It is for the Society to frame workable rules for avoiding over usage of common facility / congestion of any manner without a fair compensation i.e. maintenance charge.
