Writ petition against CAT stay order

Respected sir

I have got stay order in CAT court but our department still didn't gave me joining orders they told me to wait don't worry you will get salary from the court order date and one of the department memeber told me that they are filing writ petition against the CAT interim order in high court.. what should I do next ?
Please assist me

Prematured query. Let the file writ petition. Mere filing of writ petition does not ensure stay.

File caveat petition in high Court so that if writ is filed then it's notice is sent to you.
