Hello siri am 26 yrs old and i want to marry a girl which is also same age. Because of inter cast her family is not ready for our marriage so we decided that we will run out and going to get marry but after that her family is doing police case against us so we want to know about the procedure for protection from them .

If you marry the girl with her consent then no case can be filed against you by her parents. So rest assured and marry the girl of your choice.

If both of you are majors and marriages consensual her family members can't initiate any police cases against you unless you've abducted her without her consent.

Marry in a temple, get its certificate, get the marriage registered, engage the lawyer and get police protection if you smell any danger in the hands of family members of either side.
