Respected Sir,
Every year STAFF SELECTION COMMISSION (SSC) conduct combined graduate level exam for various post (2 level exam). I applied for the same for the year CGL 2014 but as per official result my score was 94.5 and general category cut off was 96.5 so i cannot able to qualify for the same but with the help of RTI i got my answer sheet and i got 103.25 marks. The whole matter was shown to concern person of SSC but they did not accept there mistake where as gave me roll number for tier 2 exam after the exam was started. As tier 2 exam need sufficient time other candidate got 37 days for the tier 2 exam. I want to give tier 2 exam.
Now they are not responding any of my legal notice or any thing. I do not have money to file case against SSC. please sir help me. what should i do. Do i have any positive point in my case?

What is your grievance - you cannot appear foe the Tier 2 exam or that, having been admitted, you are not getting sufficient time to prepare for that exam?

As rightly observed, you have not vented out your grievance, however experts have advised you to move CAT for relief, but take the help of free legal aid services if you dont have money to conduct the case.
Nitin (Querist) 03 May 2015
Thanks for your valuable suggestions but i am not a govt. employee so i am eligible to file case in CAT?
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 03 May 2015
"i am not a govt. employee so i am eligible to file case in CAT? "

experts are not fools who are advising you so.

You have no other avenue except CAT.
P. Venu (Expert) 03 May 2015
Yes, CAT is the competent and only forum.

But, I repeat, what is your grievance.
Anirudh (Expert) 03 May 2015
Dear Mr. Nitin,

As per Sec. 14 of the Central Admv. Tribunals Act, 1985, Jurisdiction, powers and authority of the Central Administrative Tribunal extends to:-

1.(a) recruitment, and matters concerning recruitment, to any All-India Service or to any civil service of the Union or a civil post under the Union or to a post connected with defence or in the defence service, being, in either case, a post filled by a civilian.

Therefore, since your matter / issue relates to recruitment, CAT has jurisdiction, even when you are not an employee of the Govt.

Hope the author is convinced by the convincing clarification given by expert Mr. Anirudh? But the author remains tight and silent about his grievance till now.
Nitin (Querist) 04 May 2015
T.Kalaiselvan Sir
my grievance is that i did not got enough time to prepare for tier 2 exam as SSC declare my correct result of tier 1 exam on the exam day of tier 2 exam. Now i want to give tier 2 exam with proper time gap. other student got 37 day for tier 2 exam.
P. Venu (Expert) 04 May 2015
It is not a grievance. The SSC has already corrected their mistake and you can appear for tier 2 exam.
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 04 May 2015
per-se not a very strong case. You can try in CAT if you feel equal opportunity is denied.
