2. IS A NON REGISTERED WILL BE VALID TO GET A PROBATE FROM THE COURT ?

A Will Need Not be Compulsorily Registered But Should be Signed by Two Witnesses.Of course it could be Probated after the demise of the Executant.

1) registration of will is optional .

2) for will to be valid it has to be signed by testaor in presence of 2 witness es .

3) you can apply for probate of will even if will is not registered . you have to prove that testaor was of sound mind

It is optional but registered will has an edge over unregistered at the time of probating.

Registration of Will is not mandatory, but it is to be compulsorily witnessed by atleast two persons.
