I am renu form aligarh ( U.P)and my father is retired person.plz help me what can i do in this situation i send u full points details of my problem me getting married to MR verma on 25 april 2012 before 2 months on 27 feb for engagement cerimony at this day my parents give 250000 cash and a santro car and all family dress matrial and promice to my husbands parents to to do all. my father 2 cheque for rs 100000 and 50000 cash to husband at the time of engagements i have photos of these things.and a car is gift to husband at marriage date 25 april.after 27 febuary the next days is 28 febuary and my spouse go to select to marriage hall for where this marriage is on held , my father book the hall for marriage. after some time before 15 ya 20 days of marriage my husnad father call to my father and told that u also give me a double bed, alamirah, beddinng material and dressing table and a LCD T.V if not do this so come to lucknow on 25 april for your daughters marriage my family goes in depression what can do. and my husnad also call to my mom and dad for change for car model and brand also but they not talk to me. they getting pressure on my parents so come and place a wedding at lucknow. after these things 25 april they come and marry me after this 2 months as usauall things is going but after this 2 months husband not come to my room and not talk to me and everyone says to me i am bad girl and physical relation with other mens before marriage and also my sisiter inlaws blame on me talking to somebody at night and also told my husband at this way they also blame on me and my family for this and all of us used worngs word and bad languges for my mother, sister, brother and father after this 22 oct2012 me come to aligarh and they blaming me all times and me also try to a phone call to my husband they also not pick my call. i am very upset and worried about what can i do in this matter. after these point i am waiting but no point of matter is clear my parents also go my husband home but they not present and other ones are badly behavior to my parents, so i have take a step and complaint in mediation centre aligarh and file a complaint and date is held on 4.03.2014 but they not come he send a copy of fax he not come and they asked for after 1 month date and date is on 26.03.2014 what can i do if they will not come on this day………….. plz help me and suggest.

you have to approach to registered the case against all of them. you can also file a domestic violence case against them before court or maintenance case against your husband.

file complaint against your husband and in laws under under section 498A for dowry harassment . in the alternative file complaint under Dv act for right to stay in matrimonial home , maintenance , compensation

Once the complaint lodged with the mediation center, the chances of union and compromise are negligible.
To force them to come on negotiation table or teach lesson initiation of cases as suggested by the expert ajay sethi ji seems necessary.

plz give me advice relating to production warrent under section 82CRPC against my husband and my laws mediation center give him to 3 date the other 2 date they not come and third date is comming on 16.04.2014 so what can i do if they not come in this date.

If they do not appear before the mediation centre for talks, you may withdraw your complaint with the mediation centre and file a police complaint u/s 498a and also file a case under DV Act, for which they will rush to attend the mediating session when it will be too late for them except they have to give in to your demands. Please consult a local lawyer and proceed as per his advise.

Gud afternoon sir thks for earlier replies but again i want to ask some question sir i thing my medation process fail i told u earlier all my case details. sir i want to ask some more questions: 1.Me File Complaint in medation centre on 14.02.2014 and send notice for join us.and date is held on 4.3.2014 this is first date my husband not come and send a copy of letter fax him father not well and wish to date after 1 month. after this send second another notice 2. second date is held on 26.03.2014 But he not come and no information. and send third notice. 3. third date ius held on 16.04.2014 but he dosent cojme and not inform anybody.and me withdraw my complaint but due some problem my file not closed. 4. He come in 25.04.2014 and re-open the complaint and said i join with her for talk and take a date 05.05.2014. 5. 05.05.2014 is my fourth date he come and said i live with her and said points and take a next date. 6. my Fifth date is held on 28.05.2014 he dosent come and send a application for unwell. 7.Sixth date Is held on 03.06.2014 but he doesent come and make me fool all of us. 8. and a medeator take a final date on 20.06.2014 and said a him lawyer this is last chance for him. what can i do sir they make me fool and lier also all family member are bad very bad they all spoil my life.
can i file domestic voilence case or not it my be late or file.
can i take back a dowry item with 406
