dear sir i have been arrested for a case
i was a false cheating after investigation i was discharged by court sir
at that time newpaper carry wrong information about me they published in 2011
i want to filing a defamation case against newpaper please me any time limited to fill i was dischargeed on august 2013

I do not need to see even newspaper for deciding if it amounts to defamation or not
as it was published in 2011,limitation was
one year which expired in year 2012.

Your discharge date on which you can sue your prosecutrix only has no relevance with defamatory publication made in the newspaper.
