how can i make complaint of a govt employee whose assets are more than income..
what is the process?
where to complaint?
how to complaint?
do the body whom i complaint would take any action?
is there any threat that my name would be disclosed?
plz answer.

assetts beyond know sources of income is criminal offence under PC Act.
whether he is central or state employee of deptt or PSU, or an elected representative?

Let Income Tax Dept do their job. [ u may at most inform his name, address and ur reasoning to IT, and forget abt it]

Taking strong action against the breakers of law and corrupt persons is a positive step on the part of a real citizen. It is seen that the society and even lawyers do tolerate such corrupt persons which in turn become an idealistic thought to earn maximum properties by hoock or by croock.
I do appreciate your thought to come forward against such person.
