Which writ should i file in the high court?

I'm a teacher working in a private granted school. The Board members of the Managements (Trustees)are taking false resolutions only to harass me.I have enough proofs to prove it.Can I file a writ in the high court to demand the dismissal of the trustees? Please suggest me.

without going through the papers it would be difficult to advise . consult a local lawyer . it is necessary to go through the reolsutions passed , nature of harrasment to advise .

Answer:NO kind of writ could be filed by you for such a relief.

Writ is not applicable against a private body.

Trustees can also be dismissed as per trust deed. If some illegal harassment is caused to you you can approach civil court for relief. On the facts mentioned, writ in High Court can not be filed.

Id it a public body funded by Govt. If yes then only Writ lies. Else civil suit would lie.

first send legal notice to them and ask them to stop harassing you.
