Alimony 125 crpc/suggestion

I have been asked by lower court to give a monthly interim alimony of rs 8000 per month.
I had filed for revision at ADJM court, conditionally was told to pay rs 6000 per month.
Later ,i lost the case(criminal revision) and my wife filed a money execution case for the balance money.
I was asked by lower court to pay the balance rs 36000 in 3 installments.
I paid the MEX money in 3 installments through netbanking,i had been paying money as usual by net banking only.
but i could not pay the regular monthly 8000rs.
my lawyer told the court that i paid the mex money and i could not pay the regular 8000 rs.
I visited save india family and they told me that ,please do not give money so easily to your wife.so, next month i paid only 4000rs.
I am on ship presently,i came to know that warrant is out for mex case.
sir, how to deal with these situations.
as the in laws are filing more cases with my money only.they keep sending lawyer notices.
my wife ,she is a double graduate without any job experience.
if we give money, specifically, do we have to intimate for mex/125 ,this money has been given.
what is the best way to handle mex or paying alimonies?

To recover that your wife will have to file seperate recovery petition again.

its better to keep on paying her the money regularly, if you have sufficient finances.
I can understand your agony due to rising legal disputes. Its better you reply to each and every notice effectively with the help of a lawyer.
You may involve some known people to settle the dispute peacefully. Either try to save the marriage or put it to an end but peacefully. Long litigation is not in the interest of either of the parties.

It seems u r on merchant Navy, and ur salary is sufficient to pay her 8k p m
So better pay her out.

let a single adv [ as we all suggested u Shri Barman] handle all ur cases 498/ 125cr p c etc & be in touch thru net.
As cu r on ship, don't worry, just relax till u rtd. only do not default on mtn.
They fight out of ur money, though she is d gratate. OK
Beleive that she is loosing 40k salary pm to get ur 8k !! She is at loss.

you have in your query not mentioned your income . without knowing your income how are we to judge that order passed by court is unjust?
dont default on maintenance .if your widfe ahs filed other case fight on merits

Do as advised above.
You have to pay both past arrears and present arrears.
Pay heed to legal counsel than self help groups.
Their intention may be good but they lack legal acumen.
