Society denying noc for commercial activity

Dear Expert,
We are part of a bunglow society where the land has been leased to us on 1000 yr lease.
In past society allowed commercial activity to done out of couple of bunglows.
Now when we have asked for the NOC, we have been denied the same. We were told couple of years back there was resolution passed to "henceforth" not allow commercial activity.
Commercial activity is still happening in bunglows where permission was granted earlier.
Please advise what should be done in such case.

what do you want/ you want to active your commercial activity in residential area, as many other already have.

No discrimination can be made by society so either the commercial activities should be got stopped or you should also be permitted the same status which might be your desire. Yo can send a legal notice in this respect through your lawyer.

Deat Nadeem - Yes we would also like to use our property like others are using for commericial purpose.
Dear Raj - Thanks for your reply. What kind of a legal notice would you suggest? We have already filed a caveat, however society is not responding to that or going legal in their action. Infact they have put up board around our property announcing that we have been denied permission, hence any commercial activity would be in violation of society rules.

in the legal notice you have to mention that in respect of other bungalows permission has been granted by society for commerical purposes . the society cannot discrminate against you if they have permitted for other societies .

To make your plea stronger take permission of dist collector for commercial NA.if you get it nobody can stop you for using legal business.

The society can not discriminate between members,continue to do what others are doing,let society proceed for its' remedy???
