If accused person do not want to defend means they do not come to the court then police shall be directed by concerned court to arrest you and put behind bars as the accused have decided not to get bail. The trial shall start in that case and case shall be decided as per law.

I do agree with Raj Sir. Accused will have to be behind the bars and preference will be given to custody cases

I do not under stand why captains have answered you when sms language use in queries is still under consideration"whether to answer or not" ?????????
A villager like me does not know "hubby"and author does not tell what 'wife' is called in the sms language.

yes I refuse to answer unless the authors post query in proper language.
In fact from very long I keep on protesting to use this type of language.

I started replying thinking that hubby word is common these days but it is also objectionable and comes within the ambit of sms language than I immediately shun such topics.
