I was secretary - this AGM I (along with the Chairman)was threatened and forced to resign by 5 committee members and 5-6 members. We were afraid of another fight so we did so.
1. It was not on the agenda.(2012 AGM)
2. In the 2010 AGM the person who has filed the harassment case insisted time and again (for over 6 months)that my uncles flat has been transferred without payment of transfer fees. He was assures time and again that same has been done. but inspite of that he raised the point in hte AGM and beat my uncle and threatned my husband with a cricket bat :tu AGM mein bola kaise - tujhe to main nahin chodunga"
3.now he has filed a court case against my husband and my uncle
4. we have gone to the police station and given our statements.

Moreover since those men committed criminal acts you or your unlce should have lodged the complaint, not them.
It is still not too late. Visit the police station and lodge the complaint against them.

the querist has stated certian facts . secretary and chairman were forced to resign by members in AGM although said issue was not on agenda . further according to querist case has been filed by present committee against her husband and uncle on grounds flat transferred without payment of transfer charges .her uncle was beaten up at AM and husband threatened .
no queries were raised only facts cited .
the experts requested querist to state her query but hse has not replied to queries of experts . hence mr makkad mentioned that query has been resolved and not to waste our time in mere statement of facts
