Dear Experts,
I would like to have a pdf or copy of the order passed by the Supreme Court on the appeal filed by veteran Congress leader N D Tiwari, holding that he has to undergo DNA test in a paternity case. This order was passed on 14th March 2011 by a Bench comprising justices Aftab Alam and R M Lodha asking the 85-year old leader to undergo a DNA test.Can any expert provide me from their collection or suggest me a link.

Dear Friends thanks for ur prompt reply. I shall wait and remind my dear friend Raj Kumar tomorrow. This order is very significant since it is a landmark decision which could make presumption of paternity a redundant one. Thanks again.

Mr Barman, the date was 14th March 2011 as per Times of India report. Further date was 18th March 2011 when again it was rejected. The link to my source of information is given here;
