-in the complaint of consumer what points should be taken.
-In complaint should we explain all the points in detail OR should be kept short and sweet?
-should the judgement on which we relay be pointed out or it should be taken at the time of filinng of affidavit and argument only
-in complaint should we pointed out the brief sections we are rely

First inform who are you and how are you related to this query?
If you are complainant you better take help of a lawyer to draft sch petition as it requires skilled effort of an advocate to draft such petition.
if you are reluctant ti engage an advocate then meet the consumer forum officials to take help in drafting the complaint.

The Consumer Protection act gives consumers the right to file a case against a vendor if they are not satisfied with the services provided or if the product or service is deficient.

I reccentely started work in "Voluntary Registered Consumer Association" so this query arises from a complaint to same by a couple. and the complaintatnt coupl are senior citizens and living alone and not able to engage an advocate thats y i have decided to file ccomplaint as a member of this association on behalf of this couple free of cost...
