Dear Sirs,
My AB has been cancelled by HC. Intially IO went two times to the person who gave me jamanat once. He harrased him. Though IO knew that jamanati has no idea where I am.
Today IO, though he is from Haryana Police, come with some UP police personal to my father who is in UP and ask him to get me surrendered. I am working in South.
IO was threating that if I not surrendered till Friday, he will get warrent issuesd against my name and go to my company in South and make scene. Even I underground he can do the same. Supreme court appeal will take some time since my SC lawyer is asking to wait to get SC vacations over till 1 July.
Since as per him vacation benches are reluctant to give AB.
I am trying to understand why IO went to jamanati though he knew jamanati has no info about me. Why he went to my home town knowing I wiĺl not be there for sure. Why instead of threating my father he didn't come to me directly in South and arrest me. Why he is threating my people to ask me to surrender. Please help me.

You are not letting the forum know what the case is.
There is nothing illegal in action taken or proposed to be taken by the IO. He is entitled to pursue you in any part of India.
He can approach anyone whom he believes to be having knowledge of your whereabouts.
He can go to place of your duty and have you back to Haryana in custody and cause a lot of humiliation to you.
The more you harass him the more he will harass you.

It is the responsibility of the IO to apprehend you since the bail has been cancelled. However, they cannot harass your father or any other person.

IO will find out all ways and means for your surrender. Mere asking is not harassment. You have not given the facts of the case.

They can harass your father as long as they have grounds to "reasonable suspicion" that he is not revealing your whereabouts and have a right to be unconvinced that he is telling truth.
They will do so under the garb of inquiring.
If necessary he can make him sit in thana whole day waiting for you to come. This they had been doing successfully and cowed down many hardened criminals, dacoits, terrorists.
Take it. If the IO lands with arrest warrant in your town where you are employed, he can enter office premises, shout there for you to surrender, can carry as much force from local thana as considered necessary and make you to walk to local thana in custody and also to take you to General/ Municipal Hospital for mandatory medical check up.
He will then bring you to Haryana in train in non-AC coach (may be unreserved) in public view.
He can even at the time of moving apply to the local court for permission of handcuffing you in train to prevent escape in long journey as you have already avoided arrest.
During journey he can make you to eat whatever he can buy out of limited Govt funds.
He can on complaint justify all these steps.NOTHING NEW FOR THEM.
Kindly do not provoke him to do so.

Gentleman,
The IO has every right to act on his own as far as arresting U is concerned. It will be a daily headache for UR parents, and also the person who stood as suriety for U.He too can be issued a sureity warrant.Hence evading law will land UR self into more legal hurdles without any solace, endangering UR job too.

You have no other option but to surrender before the trial court without any prior alarm to anybody with a Senior and weighty Criminal lawyer who can convince the court for regular bail on condition.
