If after marriage wife and husband not living together as separately living in PG/rented house, no communication between them and between their parents and relatives.
so is there any family law rules that say can be divorce.

This is not a ground for divorce alone unless it is proved that one of the souses has left the other at least years ago.
To get divorce one will have to prove acts of cruelty as well.

1. Staying seperately can not be a reason for seeking divorce. Couple can stay seperately for professional reason also,
2. Decree of divorce can be sought for deserting the spouce.

Just living separately away from each other cannot be construed as a ground for divorce. The reason for staying apart is to be established by the existing the facts which can be pleaded as a ground for divorce, i.e., whether cruelty or desertion or any other valid reason.As experts advised, come out more details for a proper opinion.
