Supplementary deed of trust

(Querist) 31 August 2013 This query is : Resolved 
If trustees makes FALSE statement in the supplementary deed of trust and also totally
modies the settlors wishes (trust instrument)
by said supplementary deed, Than what criminal action under which section of IPC
can be taken for false statment and what civil action can be taken under
which section, for complete modification of trust instrument without the consent of court?
