There are two fir which has her name.

In main case she got bail after 55 days.

now she wants to apply for bail in another case which was registered 1 month later

can their any possibility to get bail from session court after 28 days in second case by attaching judgement of first case?

In FIR the allegation against her is that she working in that company as a telecaller.

Granting bail is court's satisfication.. With that ground itself you can get bail. On the other hand for that role reason bail may be dismissed. Just clear the circumstances. Court may considered..

not my province when controversy, otherwise bail is not right, yet it should be granted when a judicial discretion favors facts of a particular case.

bail is a discretionary right of the court which is used judiciously. Bail in earlier case is not a ground to grant bail in subsequent case.

there are chances. because of like nature criminal offences the chance of bail is doubtlful.
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 27 August 2011
If the girl is only the tele caller then unless her complicity is apparent in the FIR she is unlikely to be behind bars for long.
Its is better to approach the high court as the lower courts often swayed by the gravity of the charges instead of is merit .
