I gave a registered will to Mr A ..but now i want to make another registered will in my two daughters name ? though I am still alive ..can Mr A through that registered will can get it probated from court of law ? is it possible where in I am still alive " can Mr A put a dispute in this matter after my death

No. now you can execute another Will as per your wish by cancelling the old Will and it does not require two wills i.e. fresh will and cancelling will. you can cancel your old will in the new Will. or you can modify/rectify the will stating the fact of modification and you can modify as you wish.

Mr. Author! A person may change his will as many times as he desires till the last moment of his life cancelling the earlier. There is no requirement of the registration of the will. There is no effect if the earlier registered will is under the possession of the beneficiary. You may get the same cancelled in the same office of the registrar and can execute the fresh will as desired in the name of your daughters.

It is not necessary that will should be registered, even if the previous will was registered. A person can change his will as many times as he / she want.
Latest / last will would be applicable.

You can cancel your previous will / may mention the fact of cancellation in your new will. If you wish, you can register the new will.

Old Will was cancelled by bequeathing a new will, old will cannot be probated.

I agree with the expert advise of Mr. Raj Kumar Makkad and Mr. Rajendra Kumar Goyal.
Get a new will executed including all the beneficiary (ies) you wish to add. Last will shall prevail.
No alteration/ modification can be made in any will.
Although will is not compulsorily required to be registered yet it is better to get it registered.

as long as you are alive you can change WILL every day.
