Bond filled but not signed

If the secretary of chs fills the bond but doesnt sign will it be considered as valid and can he carry on as secretary of society

Sorry. The secretary of our coop hsg soc after election in august 2011 filled a bond in Feb 2012. But he didnt sign the bond where his signature was required. Instead he signed in the place of witness. Is his bond valid and can he be consrdered as a secretary of our society?

What sort of "bond" you wanted to be signed by the Secretary, where the Secretary of a CHS is not bound to "bond" himself/herself?

You have again posted another academic query before the experts without head and tail.
