I have complaint against patwari and given written complaint to DC , but get no response, then I have written to newspaper reporter for his help. Is this legal. Will administration take action against me if share information of complaint with them. Tell me.

What is illegality in approaching media if the complaint is legitimate and there is no intention to defame.

You can also pursue thru RTI.

Both may add speed to redressal of your complaint.

A citizen is free to approach any person, media included.

But media has its limitation; it is better to go by official or judicial grievance redressal procedures.

There is no legal infirmity in this action. The patwari or the DC ha got no rights to object to this.
