Trust should be register at the office of firm and society, not sub-registrar.

even at up, deed of trust also registered at sub-registrar office.

Only Jurisdictional DISTRICT REGISTRAR office has authority to register the same. The Sub-registrar is different from District Registrar.

It this registration is in Bangalore , u can let me know. since we specialise in drafting a proper MOA & its subsequent registration. Rgds
