Judge issued warrant to the wife

Respected Lawyers,
After Mediation failed my brother had a hearing in courts but as expected the the girl did not come for hearing so our lawyer told to Judge that my Parents are having Hard time coming to Bangalore for each hearing and staying in Motel, so Judge issued a Warrant for the next hearing now the girl's Father is Pissed off and threatening us
that they will produce fake emails, medical certificates and put us in more trouble.
Is it really so easy to get fake medical certificate ??

When the warrant is issued, court has the powers and means to implement it. Your worries are unwarranted.

agreed with Mr Venu. I will add that when a person with medical certificate is arrested he/she will be taken to Govt hospital and if doctors do not admit her she will be brought to court.
is the warrant bailable /non-bailable.

Do not bother the threats, let your lawyer advise as the situation warrants if he implements threats ?

dont bow down to threats . if fake medical certificates are produced you can cross examine the doctor who issued the certificates

Bring all these facts in the knowledge of the court and as and when such false evidence is brought against you, prove it false so that a case under section 340 Criminal Procedure code may be got prepared against them.

What is a warrant doing in the matrimonial case, is it a divorce case? or a maintenance case u/s 125 cr.p.c.? or a domestic violence case? or a case under 498a? What is the kind of warrant issued by the judge, whether it was a witness warrant in the criminal case?
However, just ignore her father's threats, let him shout or yell, he cannot manipulate everything always.
Please clarify the above questions so that you can get more and better advises.
