Is there any case law, wherein it is held that " during the pendency of Anticipatory Bail Application, applicant shall not be arrested" ?

Dear Querist
If the applicant file anticipatory bail with the prayer of the same as you mentioned then the court have descritionery power to pass an order.
there is no specific case law on this point.
