Dear sir ,
regarding agreement document submitted in court for immovable property. After the case was over, the agreement document will be returned to who submitted? Or it is always with the court record?

Submit an application along with certified copy of the document to the court for substitution of original with certified copy and return of original documents, it will be returned to the person who has filed. Seek help from your counsel.

Yes or you can even ask for return of original document by filing a photocopy on the cae record. It is permissible.

You have not stated whether you submitted the agreement to court or someone else and in what context of the case?

court will return original documents on furnishing certified copy of the documents

It will be returned to the person who has submitted the original document to the court if that person follows the procedure suggested by expert Dr.Vasistha.
