A person earned awaidh sampati when he was serving in bihar police as a sepoy,now he retired from service.
I want to report this matter in vigilance department what document i have to submit to vigilance to made inquiry.

How can you prove that the property purchased is with illegal money? In what way you are connected with the query? If your intention is for a social cause, you should have full proof.

THANKS FOR YOUR REPLY.
ONE THING MORE SIR,HE IS MY RELATIVE AND HE LODGED AN FIR ME AND MY FAMILY U/S 498A.
HE RETIRED IN 2013,BUT AS OF NOW HE IS WEARING INFORM OF BIHAR POLICE AS SOME PEOPLE INFORMED ME
THE CASE IS WITH HIGH COURT MEDIATION CENTER BUT THERE HE IS NOT AGREE FOR MEDIATION.
SO KINDLY SUGGEST ME WHAT ACTION I SHOUD TAKE TO CONTROL HIM.

You have mentioned two different unrelated problems in a single thread, the first earning of illegal property by some constable and the other 498a case on you.
In the case of unearned property you can submit to the vigilance whatever proof you have with you. Rest the vigilance can dig by their own quetioning from the related persons. But, you would also have to prove, as witness, the correctness of your statement and proof whatever you submit to them.
About your second problem of 498a case, unles you state brief history of the case with present status of the case, nothing can be suggested.
