Aryan, African and Caucasian etc and unfortunately- in many western countries racial prejudice is present in subtle forms even now albeit it being legally abolished. That's what is called policy of Apartheid. If you wish to thank me for this reply please click the "thank You" button on my profile.

It's definitely present in India in the form of casteist, regional and religious identity politics being practiced by various groups be they are political parties or common people and the former indulging in such identity politics to create vote banks.

it was a unanimous decision taken by experts not to reply to academic queries .
the reasoning being as experts we have limited time at our disposal . we prefer in resolving legal issues raised by querists .
the information sought by you is available if you read the constitution .
hence many experts did not reply to your queries .

Yeah! In my view, it amounts to language prejudice/ language prejudice or chauvinism and sort of race discrimination if it is unreasonable etc under Indian Constitution-which provides that State shall not discriminate anyone on the grounds suggested by you-subject to making reasonable protection for promoting/preserving the language, Gujarati or any other language, Culture etc. If you wish to thank me for this reply- the best way of expressing your thanks is by clicking the Thank you BUTTON ON MY PROFILE.
