Good Morning respected members
I had filed a compliant before the Hon'ble court U/S 200 CRPC. The court had given the PCR no and the date was given for submitting the sworn statement, unfortunately my client could not attend the date to submit the sworn statement. Due to which the court had given a long date for next 2 months. . can I advance the case U/S 309
Please advice

court had given you short date for recording statement but your client did not attend on said date .wait for 2 months

You may take chance by Taking on Board, Apply for Early Filing of Affidavit, justifying the urgency and loss/ damages that may be caused if it delay+ Justification for absence on that day./
