Can Lokadalath have jurisdiction to pass an award for partition among family members,if the property value exceeds 2 crores.

Lok Adalat can not pass award. It only gives seal of its approval on the settlement arrived at the party before it.

YES!LOAK ADALATS DO NOT ENTERTAIN INSTITUTIONAL JURISDICTION.THEIR JURISDICTION IS LIMITED TO SANCTION WHAT PARTIES AGREE TO BY THEIR COMPROMISE.

Lokadalat is only for settlement

There is no pecuniary limitation of Lok Adalath.
