Can a practising advocate in lower trial court ,practice in high court.

Yes, a lawyer/ advocate may put an appearance before the High court as well, provided the license is valid one.

Many advocates practicing in the District courts (trial court and first appellate) do occationally keep appearing in the High Court also. This is very common.
