my query is in a suit for declaration of a legal right can i make " all concerned' a party what exactly does all concerned denote. who are necessary parties in a suit for declaration of a legal right.

All concerned parties are required to be inserted in the suit with their current address so that those may be duly served and they may put their defence accordingly and issue may be settled for ever,

well apart from the aforesaid exercise....just make sure while filing such a suit all consequential reliefs are claimed in one suit only....

All those who deny your right.
