Recently we get favour in case of 3912
put by our opposed party. After it our lawyer
said us to file Ws .what is the meaning of Ws
and how to file it.
Please give me full details about it.

WS means written statement i.e. counter pleadings from your side, in which you can put your case and defense.

The Suit is field by opposite party , for Injunction or / other suit/ and and also filed IA for interim injunction Under Order 39 1 & 2 CPC , in the IA you have filed counter and the IA is heard and orders are in your favor - the IA appears to be dismissed . The main Suit is pending in the said Suit , the Reply /W S to be filed by you . If not field you will be set exparte and the suit may be decreed against you . Your advocate will further explain you ,if Want any further clarification in this regard !

WS means written statement when suit files defendant will have to say to the suit in written it is called as written stament.

Order 8, Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908:
"1. Written statement:- The defendant shall, within thirty days from the date of service of summons on him, present a written statement of his defence.
Provided that where the defendant fails to file the written statement within the said period of thirty days, he shall be allowed to file the same on such other day, as may be specified by the Court, for reasons to be recorded in writing, but which shall not be later than ninety days from the date of service of summons."
