Claim compensation

Sir/madam

Please tell me , suppose any person having deal with any companies of rs.1 crore so that person book cab or taxi then taxi not reach on exact time to pick up then that person's deal is cancelled because cab or taxi not pick that person on time So that person can file a case against cab or taxi company for compensation . Whether that person will succed ?
