Dear DR.Vashista,
I try to let the querist know what his query is and what he wants from the forum. Some of them are adamant in their expression and keep irritating the experts.I just try to impress upon the querist to understand what we are replying.Of course every expert has his own version of dealing with a particular case. But the querist has to pick out the best possible reply from the experts.most of the time I try to counsel the querist .
Thanks Sir for UR opinion.

About consanguinity query:
Nothing in this Act shall be deemed to validate any marriage between persons who are related to each other in any degree of consanguinity or affinity which would, according to the customary law of Sikhs, render a marriage between them illegal.
