Can a insurance advisor fight a case

My friend's dad is an authorized insurance agent by profession and holds a LL.B degree too.

Can he enjoy the powers of an advocate like sending legal notice, fighting cases in court etc etc.

An advocate can not indulge in any other trade or profession. So the insurance agent can not send legal notice.

First he has to take the membership of Bar Council. An Advocate can not do any other job.

Merely holder of an llb degree has no right to practice in courts unless he gets enrolled as an advocate.

Just holding a law degree will not entitle him to practice law, he has to enroll himself as an advocate then only he can do so.
