Is this true:
1) in life insurance after death the liabilities (if woman) are disposed and remaining amount is given.
2) in case of a man his liabilities doesn't affects the claim amount.
if true then under which ACT.

Dear Client,

There is no such discrimination in respect of disbursal of policy amount at maturity to both women and Men. As far as Receipt of policy amount is concerned women policy holders are treated on par with their male counterparts.
