Hi,
i would like to know about maintenance case.
Husband filed divorce case and its going on for past 5yrs.she is ready to lead a life with him, but he is not ready for it. No childrens.
He is working in a private concern with monthy income around one lakh.
His wife was also woking in a private concern with monthly income around 50k, but currently quit her job and now jobless.
if she file a maintenace case against her husband now,will it be favourable to her? how much amount she will be receiving as maintenance?

Since she is jobless now, she is entitled to maintenance.
Amount should not be less than Rs.20,000/-.

she wont get any maintenance . she was working in past drawing Rs 50,000 salary deliberately left job to claim maintenance . court wont award her maintenance
