Respected Sir? Madam,
this is with reference to the early query that I have asked. My case is already filed in Pune as my wife stays in delhi she has bought stay here in session court and transferred the case in delhi supreme court as Iam working here in Pune its not possible to attend in delhi, neither Iam aware of delhi where abouts, nor any relation is their in delhi. how can I bring the case back in Pune. Please help me and my family members are really strressed because of all faulty cases that has been put on me by my wife.

How come the case is transferred to supreme court? She might got tranferred the cse to delhi by filing a case in Bombay High court. Against that order of the high court you can file a review petition in the same court.

If Supreme Court has transferred your case to Delhi, nothing can be done except to engage a lawyer of Delhi and effectively defend your case.

The supreme court is likely to trasnfer the case to Delhi.
If you being a man gets scared to attend a new city, how could you expect a female to visit Pune to fight the case?

how can u say that the said case is before the Supreme Court as nothing can b stated without having full/ entire details.
further it is suggested to provide the entire details/ case no./ court asap to me, u can contact me or meet personally at Tis Hazari Court Delhi.

As advised above by the advoicates, the only option available to you is to appoint a lawyer in Delhi to fight the case.
